Will you try to sell us something during the session?
No. The session is built to enlighten, not to upsell. We do see ongoing opportunities with most businesses we meet. Places where AI could be properly integrated into specific roles. Custom solutions that bring AI into existing workflows. Follow-up sessions that go deeper. None of that is the goal of the free session. The intent is genuinely to give you the clarity to take what you have learned and run with it on your own.
Is the session really free?
Yes. The session itself is free. There is no upsell, no pitch, and no offer waiting for you at the end. We hope you will want to work with us later, but you do not have to. Plenty of teams take what they learn and apply it themselves. That is exactly what the session is built to enable.
Who should attend the session?
Whoever in your business needs to be in the room. We typically run sessions as a one on one with an owner or CEO, a focused workshop with a management team, or a session for a small operational group. We keep group sizes small intentionally so the session stays interactive, with room for everyone to ask questions and contribute.
What can the session cover?
Almost anything you want to understand about AI in the context of your business. We usually start with where your team's current understanding sits, then explore what your business actually does day to day. From there we connect your work to what AI is genuinely capable of right now. Some sessions cover the fundamentals. Others go deep on a specific operational area or workflow you want help thinking through. The shape adjusts to what you bring.
How long does the session take?
Around 60 to 90 minutes for the structured walkthrough, plus question time. We leave room for more discussion if it is still useful when we get there. The goal is depth, not speed. Most teams find this is the right length to absorb the ideas without losing focus.
Do we need to know what we want before booking?
No. The short questionnaire we send before the session helps draw out useful context. If you have already been experimenting with AI and want to bring something specific to discuss, even better. The whole session is designed as a back and forth, not a presentation you sit through.
Is the session technical?
It can be, but it does not have to be. We will happily sit with someone who has never opened ChatGPT or Claude and take them through the fundamentals at their pace. We will also go deep with technical teams who already use AI tools but want to understand the breadth of what is possible. We match the depth and tone to whoever is in the room.
